If you sign up for paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees connected to the services you select. You authorize Yovale to make inquiries it considers necessary to validate your account and financial information, directly or through third parties.

Yovale reserves the right to change rates at any time by publishing revised rates on yovale.com without further notice.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe and PayPal. By providing a payment method, you confirm that you are permitted to use it and authorize Yovale and its designated payment processors to charge the full amount due.

For the services, Yovale only offers recurring payments. You agree that Yovale may automatically charge the applicable fee to your payment method at the beginning of each recurring period. If you choose a monthly plan, you will be billed each month on the anniversary date of the original purchase or subscription action.

You are responsible for paying any governmental taxes imposed on your use of Yovale.com, including sales, use, or value-added taxes. Where Yovale is required to collect taxes, the applicable amount will be added to your billing account.

Today, paid services include options such as domains and hosting, and all prices are subject to change from time to time.

In case of payment failure, you must provide a valid reason. Yovale gives you 10 to 15 days to resolve account and website issues by contacting support. If you fail to provide a valid reason within that timeframe, Yovale may block your account and revoke login access.

Payments once made cannot be undone, and Yovale does not offer refunds. When you upgrade or purchase a premium license, server resources are allocated to your account immediately and infrastructure costs are shared with our partners, including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Heroku, and Yandex, for hosting, business email, SSL, and related services. Because those costs are not refundable to Yovale, refunds cannot be initiated to you.

Yovale instead provides an unlimited trial period so you can evaluate the platform fully before upgrading.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use another user's account, username, or password, and not to disclose your password to any third party or do anything that could jeopardize account security. You must notify Yovale immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Yovale is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account, and you remain liable for costs or losses sustained by Yovale or third parties due to such unauthorized use.

You control the websites you create using the services, and Yovale does not claim ownership of text, files, images, videos, sounds, comments, logos, trademarks, postings, messages, tags, works of authorship, animation, or other content posted by you, your visitors, or members of your websites.

Yovale takes no responsibility for content located on your website and has no obligation to monitor that content. You are responsible for removing content that violates these terms or applicable law and for ensuring compliance with the agreement.

By visiting or becoming a member of a website created through the services, users agree that content and information provided during registration or other interactions may be accessed by the website creator and their authorized representatives and administrators.

Similarly, if you use services provided by affiliates or business partners, the content and information provided in those interactions may be accessed by those third parties and their representatives.

As between you and Yovale, Yovale owns all right, title, and interest in user data collected by Yovale, while you own all right, title, and interest in user data collected by you, subject to this agreement and each user's rights.

If you collect or are given access to user data, you agree not to use, display, or share it in a manner inconsistent with user privacy settings, Yovale's terms and guidelines, or applicable law. You also agree to maintain privacy and confidentiality standards that are no less stringent than those in Yovale's privacy guidelines.

By displaying or posting content through the services, you grant Yovale a limited, non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, publish, reproduce, distribute, list information regarding, edit, translate, and create derivative works of that content for use in connection with the services.

Unless you shared the content with others and they have not deleted it, this license terminates when you remove the content from the services, but content may continue to appear on Yovale.com, on user websites, on cached third-party pages, in RSS feeds, in user profiles, or in server archives.

When you post content on a website, you permit the website creator, other members of that website, or the public to view and use the content according to that website's privacy settings and policies, and you shall have no claim against Yovale with respect to such use.

Except for content posted by you, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, archive, transmit, distribute, perform, display, decompile, reverse engineer, attempt to access source code, create derivative works from, rent, or sell any content appearing on or through the services without permission from the content owner.

Yovale may contain links and content from third parties not controlled or owned by Yovale, including affiliates or business partners. You acknowledge that Yovale has no control over and assumes no responsibility for that third-party content or actions.

You may not use the services to post or communicate obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable subject matter. Content from other users may nonetheless contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive, or sexually explicit material, and Yovale assumes no responsibility for it.

Yovale may delete any content or suspend any website or account associated with it if, in Yovale's sole judgment, the content violates this agreement, is offensive or illegal, violates someone's rights, or harms or threatens the safety of any person.

You are solely responsible for content you post or transmit and for your interactions with other users. Yovale does not endorse such content and makes no warranties about its accuracy or reliability.

Prohibited activity includes interfering with, disrupting, impairing, or creating undue burden on the services or connected networks; conduct that may constitute or contribute to a crime or tort; making available information you have no right to disclose; unlawful multi-level marketing; illegal, misleading, hateful, threatening, bullying, harassing, discriminatory, invasive, humiliating, libelous, pornographic, or violent content; spam or unauthorized commercial communications; collecting personal information from minors under 13; soliciting login information; automated use of the system through scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers; and encouraging violations of the terms.

Yovale reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post, or remove postings and to restrict or terminate access to all or any part of the services at any time, with or without notice, if it believes you are in violation.

Yovale further reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate legal action, including reporting matters to law-enforcement authorities and cooperating fully with them.

You agree to comply with the license terms and restrictions applicable to each item of content you post, copy, access, or use, including third-party content. Yovale is not responsible for your failure to comply with those terms.

You also agree to abide by NameCheap's anti-spam policy because NameCheap is a Yovale partner for domains. NameCheap and Yovale reserve the right to investigate and take immediate action for violations, including disconnecting websites, deleting accounts, and pursuing legal remedies.

As a website creator, you are responsible for implementing and maintaining all security and support for your website, including answering questions from your members and visitors. If you have account questions, the agreement directs you to contact tos@yovale.com.

Platform rules include prohibitions on using profanity or third-party trademarks in the name, domain, or subdomain of your website; editing or removing the Yovale link at the bottom of the website unless you purchase a premium service; editing the Yovale ID link on sign-in or sign-up pages for business partners; and editing the Yovale Terms of Service on business-partner sign-up pages.

You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without prior written consent from the owner and without complying with the applicable license terms and restrictions.

Yovale responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and may terminate repeat infringers without notice.

If you are a website creator, you agree to maintain a copyright-removal policy and repeat-infringer policy that complies with the DMCA, and to address qualifying infringement notices within 24 hours where required.

The freelancers plan may include additional restrictions, including a short review of your website before a license is issued.

Unauthorized use of any Yovale computer system is a violation of the agreement and may also violate federal or state law, potentially leading to civil and criminal penalties.

Yovale is not liable for non-performance or delay caused by events beyond its direct control, including internet failures, power failures, strikes, labor shortages, war, terrorism, governmental action, epidemics, fire, flood, earthquake, explosions, embargo, or acts of God.

Yovale is completely free for high school students only. Before issuing a free license, Yovale may request a school ID card, school email address, or similar proof of eligibility.

For college students, special pricing is available on request by contacting team@yovale.com.

Yovale is not affiliated with service providers such as hotellook.com, agoda.com, travelpayouts.com, or booking.com. By purchasing a travel-related website or service, you authorize Yovale to take the steps required to configure third-party travel-search APIs and embedded code integrations on your website.

You acknowledge that Yovale cannot guarantee these third parties will comply with their contractual obligations and that Yovale assumes no liability or responsibility for their actions, content, technical issues, service issues, pricing, terms and conditions, privacy practices, customer support, or any other matters arising from the use of those providers.

After receiving migration requests from many customers, Yovale now offers free migration of websites from another platform to Yovale.

Migration is performed automatically with the help of Yovale's content-import technology, including AI-assisted design intelligence. Because each platform uses its own technology and features, Yovale cannot clone exact designs, blocks, or every design element, but Yovale imports all of your content. After import, Yovale designers review and make required adjustments manually within a reasonable support limit.

The migration service is offered free of charge. As described in the refunds section, Yovale does not offer refunds for migration services.

This agreement, including linked third-party paid-service provider terms and conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Yovale and supersedes prior agreements regarding the same subject matter. Other users of Yovale.com are intended third-party beneficiaries of your obligations under the agreement.

Nothing in the agreement prevents Yovale from complying with applicable law and regulations. Questions, concerns, and feedback about the agreement are directed to tos@yovale.com.
